As the back to school season falls upon us, it's nice to take make an attempt at the "fresh start" thing and try to implement not only better habits, but better ways of thinking as well. This collection of collages and writing are part musings to myself, part motivational reminders to anyone reading them. Each of the collages are meant to convey an abstract feeling I tried to capture in my writing. I hope these short little sentence fragments (I'm hesitant to call them poems) can serve as reminders to remain mindful in stressful times, to put yourself out there more, and to try and overcome the anxieties and fears that often plague us.
